House. Early C18, extended in C19 and C20. Timber framed, weatherboarded,
roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 5 bays facing SW, with 2 axial stacks.
Full-length lean-to extension to rear. C20 lean-to extension at right end,
roofed with asbestos tiles. Small C20 single-storey extension in front of right
end. One storey with attics. Ground floor, one C18/early C19 sash of 12
lights, 3 C20 casements. First floor, 3 C20 casements in gabled dormers, and
another in flat-roofed dormer linking 2 of them. 2 C20 doors. The rear
catslide has 3 hipped dormers and one recessed dormer. Chamfered transverse and
axial beams with lamb's tongue stops. Wide wood-burning hearths reduced for C20
grates. Has been divided into 3 tenements, and later combined.
