1899. Red brick glazed ground floor with stuccoed string course above. Slate
roof with bracketed eaves cornice. 4 storeys with additional storey under gable
3 windows, each window bay, above ground floor, set in banded red and orange brickwork.
Similar banding in gable which is separated from 3rd floor by red brick cornice and
frieze. Windows, red brick arches, except those in gable end, centre round arched
orange brick tympanum, sides have flat arches. Ground floor windows have stucco
mullions and surrounds. Central doorway with bracketed pediuient above. Rear
corner canted.
