COOKSEY ROAD 1. 5104 Small Heath B10 Regent's Park Annexe SP 08 NE 7/28 II 2. Former Birmingham Board School circa 1880-90. Brick; tile roof with decorative ridge tiles. Essentially a 2-storeyed, 5-bay block with each bay having pairs of tall sash windows, bays 2 and 3 with bressumered gables rising into the roof region. To the left, the tower with rounded clasping buttresses and terminating in a reliquary-like belfry with elaborate iron finials. Left and right of this main block, subsidiary lower gabled bays. On the right-hand return 3 gables of different heights and in different planes, one of them dying into another.
