MILK STREET 1. 5104 Deritend B5 Hall Green Technical College Annexe SP 08 NE 7/66A II 2. Circa 1890. Red brick with cut brick and terracotta dressings; tile roof. South front with 4 gabled bays articulated by shallow, broad buttresses terminating in big terracotta gables. Large pointed arched windows vertically framed. The north front is similar but has narrower ungabled bays flanked, on the left, by a blind bay and, on the right, by 3 bays, one of them gabled and lower than the other 2. In the centre of the block, the tower, square at the base with an upper storey partly bowed to each face but terminating square again with corner clasping turrets rising higher still and with iron balustrading.
