storey, 3 bays x 1 bay. Principal elevation to west, facing house, has plinth, rusticated quoins; the outside bays have
beaded mullioned and transomed 2-light windows with shallow architraves, the centre bay has a pair of 5-panel doors in
matching architrave, with pediment hood on console brackets. Matching window in south end wall. Link wall probably C20,
with plain piers flanking pair of painted wooden gates, one with wicket, and with a semi-circular arched niche to
either side of gateway, adding to setting of both house and outbuilding; the interior of the latter not inspected.
