(Denoted as Well on OS map). Former ice house, now aparently used as a summerhouse. Possibly C18. Local stone rubble
with brick quoins; conoid? stone slate roof with ball finial. Octagonal plan externally, cruciform inside with arched
niches; the door on the south side probably much later, and has a segmental arched opening. Extending from south-east
and south-west wills are massive rubble wing wills, semicircular on plan.
