Mill house and water mill. Circa 1800. Local grey lias stone cut and squared, Doulting stone dressings; plain clay tile
roofs between coped gables; brick chimney stacks. House of 3 storeys, 3 bays, ashlar architraved windows, now with
4-pane sashes; central 6-panel door in architrave with pediment hood. Linked to house by short tall wall, on south-west
corner, the mill proper; 2-storeys with attic, 4-bays, with a lean-to on south-east gable, abutting house, containing
the entrance. At north end of west elevation an elliptical wheel arch, the wheel now removed, with another lower
elliptical arch to the right: above, small pane casement windows, none to lower bay 1: from bay 4 in outbuilling,
single storey with attic, projects and extends on a curve, under a pantiled roof. Interiors not seen.
