ST PETER'S ROAD 1. <204 Bohemia Church of St Peter TQ 8009 22/509 C 2. 1885 by James Brooks. Red brick with stone dressings. Steep-pitched slated roof. Early English. Tall nave and chancel in one with large 5-light east window. Low aisles with tall clerestory with plate traceried windows. North transept with 2 gables and circular corner turret. Chapel south of chancel with small lancets. Gabled south-west porch with moulded pointed arch doorway with St Peter in niche above. Gabled portal in west end with wide moulded arch containing 2 small cusped-head doorways and quatrefoil light in tympanum. Octagonal north-west baptistery with octagonal spired roof. No twoerower. Brick interior.
