Detached house, former Rectory, now in 2 separate ownerships. Probably early C18
core with c.1790 wing and further C20 additions. Roughcast with pantiles and
slates to C18 range and slates to late C18 block; stone copings to both.
Central c.1790 block with early C18 range to right-hand and C20 addition to left-
hand. Central block of 3 storeys, 3 windows. 2 semi-circular bays through
3 floors to east front with 2-leaf French windows with marginal glazing to ground
floor and 12-pane sashes to upper floors. Central upper windows have round-
arched heads and the bays have blind window recesses. Hipped roof, end brick
stacks. West front has 1 storey semi-circular bay with 2-leaf part-glazed door
with marginal glazing. C18 two-storey range has scattered C20 fenestration to
east front and 16 and 12-pane sash fenestration to west front. Tall rendered
ridge stack. C20 one-storey extension to left-hand with conservatory above on
re-used cast iron C19 columns. Interior. Several fireplace surrounds with
reeded jambs and stopped roundels; raised and fielded panelled shutters.
