Red brick; 3 storeys; 3 three-light sash windows (generally without glazing bars) with moulded pilasters and plain lintels: moulded wood, eves cornices that to left-hand portion with modillion, brackets; slates. C19 shop fronts with modern fenes- tration. Curved return side to Mill Street has 1 sash window and doorway with arched head. Included for SGup value. Nos 42 to 54 (even) form a group. HIGH STREET ----------- (West Side) 1/98 NO 52 shall be amended to read HIGH STREET ----------- (West Side) No 52 and 54 The Group value notes appearing against the entries for Nos 42 and 44, No 46,No 48 (Ye Olde Vaults Inn) No 50 and No 52 High Street (West Side) should be amended to read.
