SEMINGTON HIGH STREET ST 86 SE (west side) 4/197 The Somerset Arms GV II Inn. Mid to late C18. Flemish bond brick, Welsh slate roof with coped verges and brick stacks. Two-storey, 5-window front. Double half-glazed doors to sides, central canted bay with 12-pane sashes, 3-light cyma-mullioned casement either side; two right-hand bays are late C18 addition. String course to first floor; three 3- light and two 2-light mullioned casements. Rubble stone former coach-house to right has 3-light casements, lower roofline with half-hip to right. Rear has two gable wings to right, one rubble stone, one English bond brick, with 2-light and 3-light cyma- mullioned casements and 6-panelled door, lean-to extension to left part with double Roman tiled roof. Interior altered, but retains chamfered beams and some C19 joinery.
