School. Mid C19. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; plain clay tiled roof between stepped coped gables.
Double-roof plan; single-storey, 3 + 1 bays west elevation. Bay and corner buttresses with offsets to about 2/3 height;
3-light Kentish tracery windows with transomes, centre lights set higher, bays 1 to 3; bay 4 is a small porch extension
on south side to match, with chamfered pointed-arched doorway. Plain elevation to churchyard which it abuts: it has
considerable group value with the dovecote (qv) and the Church of St Mary the Virgin (qv).
