1. 823 BATHWICK HILL (North Side) Fiesole (Youth Hostel) ST 7664 NW 30/753 II 2. Early/mid C19 Italianate villa. Probably by Goodridge. 2 and 3 storey, shallow-pitched roofs, wide bracketted eaves, grouped chimneys with moulded caps on cut-stone brackets. 4 storey tower with wide eaves to shallow-pitched roof. 3-unit entrance elevation with projecting centre and 2 storey portico. 3 square headed openings to ground floor, steps up to central entrance, 3 openings to 1st floor balcony, keyed semi-circular head to centre opening, pierced balustrade. Stone bellcote with keyed bell opening, scrolled flanking brackets. Sash windows and french casements, plain architraves, keystones to ground floor, some stone balconies with pierced stone balustrades.
