CAVENDISH ROAD 1. 823 Nos 1 to 13 (consec) Cavendish Place ST 7465 NW 9/447 12.6.50. I 2. No 1 has 4 storeys 1 window. No 2 has 4 storeys 3 windows. Remainder 3 storeys and attic. 3 windows; centre 1st floor window has decorated consoles and entablature. Rusticated ground floor with broad band course over. Scroll frieze between 1st and 2nd floor, sweeps up hill 2 ft from house to house, as does the crowning cornice and blocking course. Wrought iron window guards, balconies or verandahs at 1st floor windows. Nos 3 to 8 have wrought iron lamp holders. This is one of Bath's best early C19 terraces.
