Built in 1727 for Philip Bennet. Architect perhaps was Thomas Greenway.
Ionic order running up through the 2 storeys. Coupled pilasters flank
the slightly projecting central portion and angles of South and West fronts.
Bity on West side is C19. South front has segmentally pedimented porch,
supported by Doric colunns. Triangular pediment crowns centre of building.
Plinth on moulding becomes coping of balustrade. Hipped Cotswold stone roof.
