1825. Architect: H E Goodridge. Glass-roofed arcade running from
High Street to Union Street. High Street elevation has open Doric
colonnade with dark red marble columns supporting 2 storey block.
Similar marble columns at Union Street entrance. Towards centre of
corridor is gallery with good wrought-iron balustrade.
