Circa 1790-1800. Symmetrical crescent, begun by Palmer, completed 1820 by
John Pinch.
3 storeys plus attic. 3 windows, Excellent proportions, 1st floor
windows are tall and there is rather a large space between them and 2nd
floor windows. They have excellent wrought iron balconies. Ground floor
rusticated. Central portion has 6 Ionic pilasters embracing 2 storeys,
and pediment. Each end has similar treatment with 4 Ionic pilasters
but no pediment. Nos 7 and 14 have wrought iron lamp standards.
