1. THE AVENUE 823 (West Side) COMBE DOWN ST 7562 37/973 Isabella House II 2. Dated 1887 good neo-Georgian front. 3 storey ashlar front. Cornice cove and parapet. Slate roof. 3 windows to each floor, 2 grouped to left hand, coupled sashes to right on 1st floor. Chamfered reveals with square cut corners. 6 panel door below inner windows with cornice hood on carved consoles. Modern shop front inserted to right hand. Single storey wing, splayed to corner with Church Road, having cornice and balustraded parapet. Pediment over architrave doorcase and 3 windows in architrave surrounds. Important position at Junction of The Avenue and Church Road.
