1. COMBE ROAD 823 COMBE DOWN No 62 ST 7562 37/1169 II GV 2. Circa 1830 2 storey painted ashlar house. Shallow projecting cornice, parapet 2 recessed glazing bar sashes to lst floor. Frame of small mid Cl9 shop front with panelled pilasters and plain console flanking fascia with reeded cornice. Cornice and parapet returned to south east front which is unpainted - 2 windows each floor, 3 of them retaining glazing bar sashes. Included for group interest. No 62, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Byfield Building and Nos 1 to 5 (consec) Byfield Place form a group.
