Early C19 block of 3 cottages and workshop. 2 storeys rangework with dressed quoins.
Gable end pantile roofs with stone verges. No 1 has 2 Cl9 sash windows in dressed
surrounds and 6 fielded panel door - circular framed window in centre of 1st floor.
No 2 has one window each floor on this front, one window and door to passage and
one window with ground floor lean-to facing the Drung to the west. No 3 on this
front has 2 windows and leaded tent roof porch. Corniced chimneys. 2 gables to
passage. Mannings Works run along north end of block. 2 storeys ashlar workshop
with lst floor completely glazed in 3 windows of 11 vertical panes each. Projecting
4 window, marginal glazed section to right. Pantile roof. Included-for group
interest as typical of the area.
Nos 1 to 3 (consec) and Mannings Works Oxford Place with Tyning House Oxford Place
form a group.
