Formerly an early to mid C18 farmhouse altered as rear wing to No 1 Royal Crescent
with lower link. 2 storeys ashlar faced, moulded cornice and parapet. Gable end
slate roof retaining central massive chimney stack from older building. Upper
Church Street front has 2 windows 1st floor, chamfered reveals to sashes, no glazing
bars. Ground floor right hand window blocked, plain Venetian window to left hand.
Door of 5 moulded panels, deep set. One window to south front each floor. 2 windows
in chamfered reveals to link with No 1 Royal Crescent. The north side and rear
are of rangework.
