LEEDS SE23NE HOSPITAL LANE, Ireland Wood 714-1/6/882 Lodge at Cookridge Hospital 05/08/76 (Formerly Listed as: HOSPITAL LANE, Ireland Wood Lodge north-east of Cookridge Hospital) GV II Lodge, now office of the Radiation Protection Service, at Cookridge Hospital. 1868. By Richard Norman Shaw. Stone plinth, red brick ground floor with stone details, first floor and gables tile-hung, tile roof. 2 storeys and attic. Vernacular Revival style. Entrance right, two 3-light mullion windows, deep wooden brackets between support deep jettied upper floor with 5-light oriel window, projecting gable with small attic window above. Gabled half-dormer on returns. Central brick chimney. INTERIOR: not inspected.
