SJ 97 NW BOLLINGTON GRIMSHAW LANE (North Side) 2/26 No. 58. II Formerly farmhouse now house: C17 with C19 alterations and additions to rear. White-washed, coursed squared sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone'ridge and a stone chimney. Gable entry 2-room plan. 2-storey, 2-bay front has a mixture of 2 and 3-light wooden casements with rock-faced lintels and sills, and a blocked fire window at the left end. Left gable end has an entrance under a plain lintel and enlarged fire window and right gable has a 2-light chamfered rubble mullion. Interior: Beam over fireplace and other ceiling beams visible inside.
