1. LEAMINGTON ROAD 5086 (North Side) Houldsworth Working Men s Club SJ 8995 13/117 30.10.73. II* GV 2. Later C19. Alfred Waterhouse, architect. 2 storeys in red brick with stone dressings. The roof is of slate and tiles with broad bands of each. To the west is a 2-storeyed bay window with conical roof. To the south on the ground floor are mullion and transom windows and a porch of 1 storey. On the 1st floor are large round-headed windows. Above are 3 dormers with steep gables. Modern additions to rear. See also the Church and Rectory and School, Liverpool Street. Church of St Elisabeth, wall and Working Men s Club form a group with Rectory and School Liverpool Street.
