SJ 3589 NW DUKE STREET (north side) L1 56/398 Nos. 169 and 171 (formerly listed 14.3.75 with Nos. 173 and 175) G.V, II* 2 houses. 1765. Brick with stucco dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement and attic, 3 bays to each house. Windows with keyed rusticated wedge lintels. Pedimented attics with small Venetian windows. Interiors not inspected. Part of an interrupted terrace with Nos. 159 to 165 and Nos. 173 and 175, now the oldest houses in central Liverpool.
