House. Shown on OS map as Berkley Old Rectory. C18 with later alterations. Colourwashed rendering and stone slate roof.
Two storeys, 4-windows front with C19 angular Doulting stone bay to ground floor on right. Eaves cornice and end gables
with free stone coping, Doulting stone chimney stacks, 3 cambered-head casement window dormers. Generally 3-light
wooden casement windows with glazing bars except for sash windows to first floor on right. Square head door opening,
3/4 glazed door, moulded flat stone hood supported on stone brackets. The C19 wing to the East (right hand) not
included.
