Two cottages, now a single dwelling. C17, late C19 and some C20 alteration. Rubble, some retains of rough plaster,
slate roof, coped verges, brick and rubble stacks. Two storeys, 3:2 bays, 2 and 3-light moulded stone-mullioned
windows, labels to ground floor, three 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, one in the stone surround of a
former door opening. Door opening to left in edge-moulded stone surround, plank door. Originally inhabited by the
blacksmith and wheelswright.
