Girls' school, now a village hall. Dated 1846. Coursed rubble with
freestone dressings, reproduction stone slate roof with coped raised verges.
In a Gothic style. Single storey with two 2-light cross windows at the left
with 4-centred heads and dripmoulds; gabled porch at right with moulded and
4-centre headed outer archway and datestone over. Single storey ashlar block
projects at right. The south gable end has a 3-light window and an inscribed
scroll over which reads "GIRLS SCHOOL".
