SOWERBY BRIDGE DEAN LANE SE 0421 & SE 0521 (south side, off) 18/48 Triangle Dean House GV II House. Early - mid C19. Ashlar, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 x 5 bays. Entrance front: step up to central 6-panel door under overlight With glazing bars flanked by Tuscan pilasters supporting entablature and segmental pediment. Sashes with glazing bars; cill bands. Moulded eaves cornice. Roof hipped with corniced stack to ridge and to left end. Part of a courtyard development.
