House and school. c1840. Random rubble with ashlar dressings,
stone end stacks and pantile roof. Single-depth plan. Tudor
Revival style. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Gabled cross wing
projects from the right, with an entrance to the left; 2
mullion windows in the ground floor and 3 in the first, all
with cast-iron lattice casements. Stack projects from both
gables; single-story catslide. INTERIOR: central winder stair
in entrance hall.
