The following buildings shall be deleted:- SJ 3489 ARGYLE STREET L1 30/97 Nos. 21, 21A and 23 14.3.75 - II Two early warehouses and former office and house, probably early C19. Brick. No 21 is former house and warehouse (now all warehouse), with low cellar door, main door up 2 steps, one small segmental-headed window in each floor, a tiny wood stair window and an oval eye; the loading bay adjoins, with wood catshead and 3-storeyed warehouse (reduced in height). No 21A is lower, much altered, now office. No 23 is a 5-storeyed 3-bay warehouse with cellar, plastered ground floor, with segmental-headed windows with vertical iron bars, and oval eyes on 3 upper floors; wood catsheads. ---------------------------------- The following shall be added: SJ 3489 ARGYLE STREET 30/97 No 23 14.3.75 - II Warehouse. Mid to late C19. Brick (plastered to ground floor); Welsh slate roof. 5 storeys and cellar. 3 bays (window bays flanking central hoist bay). Windows with segmental arches and vertical iron bars; oval eyes on 3 upper floors light stairs. Wooden catshead. The list was previously amended in respect of this entry on 17 January 1989 when it was deleted in error.
