TQ 08 NWFULMERFULMER ROAD5/468Fulmer Place-

TQ 08 NW FULMER FULMER ROAD 5/468 Fulmer Place - - II Mid C19 and in an Italianate style. Cement rendered and colour-washed; hipped slate roof with heavy corbelled cornice. Coloured tiles set between the corbels. Three storeys: 3 bays, the outer ones bowed through 2 storeys, the centre one narrow and with a projecting closed porch with banded rustication. Ground floor rusticated and with 2 tall windows on either side of the porch. First floor with 2 big 4-light windows, the lights divided one from another by slender columns with moulded capitals bearing bracketted cornices. Between them a single window with bracketted cornice. Second floor with 5 arched sashes in the rhythm 2xlx2 and with eared frames.
