Built by Harcourt Masters 1796. Attic storey added in 1840. Further
alterations by Sir Reginald Blomfield, circa 1920. A fine effect is
produced by its position facing Great Pulteney Street. Greek style.
Mouldings rather thin and more suitable for marble than stone. 3 storeys
and attic. Rusticated ground floor. Projecting pedimented portico
of 4 Corinthian columns above ground floor arcade.
