Farmhouse. Initials and date L on door lintel. Later alterations and

extensions. Pebbledash over rubble with stone dressings; graduated greenslate
roof. T-shaped plan. Main elevation to South: 2 storeys. 3 windows: late C19
sashes with single vertical glazing bar. Off-centre vertically-split glazed
door in chamfered stone surround has inscribed lintel with embattled sinkings.
Corniced ogee gutter; copings and kneelers; 2 stepped protruding chimneys on
main house, 1 chimney on extension to left. Rear has gabled staircase wing, in
corner of main house and rear wing, with late C18 small-paned windows; massived
stepped chimney stack with round shaft on rear wing. Interior has staircase
with turned balusters and square newels.
