Office, dressing room and stage door block. 1925-26 by Robert Atkinson.
Stock brick with Portland stone dressings and ground floor facing,
concealed roof. Adamesque symmetrical elevation. 2 storeys. 3 bays wide
but of 1 window only. Ground floor has square headed doorways with
patterned radial fanlights flanking large flat arched glazing bar window
over glass brick stall risers. Principal feature of 1st floor is a large
Venetian window rising from stone ground floor plat band with fan decorated
tympanum to the semicircular gauged brick arch of the recess. Flanking
tall blind window panels. Stone block coped parapet raised over centre
above Venetian window with flanking crowning urns. See also Vaudeville
